Texas Water Company Announces Changes Effective January 2025

To better serve our customers and address rising operational costs, Texas Water Company is implementing changes to its payment and billing processes:

  • Credit and Debit Card Fees: Starting January 14, 2025, a 2.95% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card payments, including AutoPay and phone payments. ACH payments will remain available at no cost for added convenience.
  • In-Person Payments Ending: Beginning January 1, 2025, payments will no longer be accepted at our office. Customers are encouraged to mail checks directly to our secure lockbox at:

Convenient Payment Options

We offer several ways to manage your account:

  • Pay online through our secure Customer Portal.
  • Set up Automatic Bank Draft for no-fee recurring payments.
  • Make payments by phone at (830) 312-4600.
  • Visit authorized Western Union locations for in-person payments.
  • Mail payments to the lockbox address above.
