Eric W. Thornburg

Chairman and CEO

Mr. Thornburg is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of SJW Group and SJW Land Company. He is also Chairman and Chief Executive of the San Jose and The Texas Water Company. He presides over one of the largest private water utilities in the U.S., serving approximately one million people in Silicon Valley and Texas.

Mr. Thornburg is a 35-year veteran of the water utility industry. Most recently, he served as the President and CEO of Connecticut Water Service, Inc. He also worked for American Water Works Corporation and Missouri-American Water.

Bruce A. Hauk

Chief Operating Officer

Bruce A. Hauk currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of SJW Group and its subsidiaries, effective January 1, 2023.  Prior to his current role, Bruce served as the Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer upon joining SJW Group in August 2022.  Bruce has led teams and driven results at both the state and national levels in all areas of water utilities, including regulatory, customer service, and operations. Prior to joining SJW Group, Bruce was president of NextEra Water and served in many leadership roles at American Water, including deputy chief operating officer. His operations there spanned over 3.4 million customers, a capital budget of $1.9 billion, and over 5,000 employees. Bruce is an exemplar of a serving leader model and core values of integrity, respect, and service.  

Aundrea Williams

President

Aundrea started working at The Texas Water Company (TWC) on August 21, 2023. Prior to joining TWC, she held various positions at NextEra Energy Resources, which is a publicly-traded company on the NYSE. At NextEra, she was the Executive Director of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs. Additionally, she was the President of NextEra Water Texas and NextEra Energy Transmission (NEET) Midwest, as well as the President of Lone Star Transmission and NEET Southwest. Before her tenure at NextEra, Aundrea worked at NRG for several years, serving as the Vice President of Regulatory and Legislative Strategy and policy.  

Willie Brown

Corporate Secretary

Mr. Brown has served as Corporate Secretary of The Texas Water Company since April 2020. He has served in various roles in the Legal Department of San Jose Water Company since joining that company in 2008. Before his years in the water industry, Mr. Brown served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and served as an Associate Attorney with Silicon Valley law firms until joining San Jose Water Company.

Andrew Walters 

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SJW Group, Mr. Walters oversees and implements financial plans and strategies that enhance and maintain the company's financial health, flexibility, and growth.

Marisa Joss

Assistant Corporate Secretary

Ms. Joss has served as the Assistant Corporate Secretary since October 2022. Before this, Ms. Joss served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Eleusis, a biotech company based in New York and London, England. She also spent over a decade at Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., with extensive experience supporting the board of directors and providing advice and counsel in governance and compliance matters. Before this, she was Corporate Counsel for Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc.
