Establishing Residental Services
To establish residential service, please determine if you are a brand new construction home or existing services.
Some Texas Water Co service areas also include wastewater services, either provided directly or billed on behalf of a third-party provider. Below is a list of subdivisions with wastewater service. For more details, please visit our Wastewater Services page.
Please note: A customer inspection might be needed before we start services.

To Start Service with an Existing Residential Connection
The subdivisions listed below require an additional form to be completed.
To get started, click on the subdivision where you are requesting service to access the required form.
For all other customers, please complete and email a completed Service Application & Agreement to customerservice@txwaterco.com
To Start brand New Residential Connections / Construction
In certain areas, a new service inquiry may be required to determine the location of the main transmission line.
- Submit the Service Application & Agreement to newservice@txwaterco.com
- Submit the Water Service Sizer Questionnaire (Please fill the form in its entirety as this helps to calculate your water needs)
- Submit the Customer Service Inspection Agreement (Please notate the estimated move-in date under CSI Due Date)
Once all documents are received, we will contact you with cost information, account number, and payment instructions.
