Customer Deposit Deposit will be returned to the account in 18 months if there are no penalties or when the account is closed. The deposit can be waived with a Letter of Credit from a utility company which the applicant has had no less than 12 months of service, showing no penalties, late fees or NSF checks. | $50.00 |
