Effective January 1, 2025, payments will no longer be accepted at our office. This adjustment allows us to streamline payment processing, ensuring your payments are processed with the utmost security and efficiency. 

Moving forward, we kindly ask that all check payments be mailed directly to our bank’s lockbox at the following address:

If you use bill pay through your bank, please take a moment to update the address in your bank’s system to reflect this change.
In addition to sending checks, we offer several other convenient payment options that might better suit your needs:

  • Pay Online: Visit https://www.txwaterco.com/customer-care/billing-and-payments to make a secure online payment through our customer portal.
  • Automatic Bank Draft: Set up recurring payments directly from your bank account for hassle-free bill payment.
  • By Phone: Call us at (830) 312-4600 to pay by phone using a credit or debit card.
  • In-Person (Authorized Locations): You can pay at any authorized Western Union
  • Mail: Send a check to our lockbox at the address above.
