Canyon Lake, Texas – March 19, 2025 – Texas Water Company (TWC) is pleased to announce that Bryan Raisor has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the water and wastewater utility industry, Raisor brings extensive expertise in operational planning, environmental quality, and business process improvement – critical skills as TWC continues to focus on service to customers and increase its reliability and resiliency by infrastructure investments in its service areas.

Prior to joining Texas Water Company, Raisor served as Regional Director of Operations at American Water, overseeing water and wastewater operations across the United States. In this role, he led large-scale capital improvement projects, headed critical health and safety initiatives, and worked closely with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and environmental sustainability.
Raisor holds multiple industry certifications, including in Water Distribution, Wastewater Collections, Backflow and Cross-Connection, and Water Treatment. His proven leadership in optimizing water systems and commitment to operational efficiency align with Texas Water Company’s mission to deliver high-quality, reliable water service to its customers. As TWC moves forward with major infrastructure projects to secure long-term water supply in its rapidly growing service areas, Raisor’s leadership will play a pivotal role in advancing these initiatives.
Raisor will start at TWC on March 24, 2025, and looks forward to meeting with customers and community stakeholders.
