After-Hour Emergencies
If you are experiencing no water, a major leak, or a water outage in the service area, and do not see it on our service alerts page. Please contact our after-hours at (830) 312-4600 Option 4
Please note: If you have no water, please use our guide to check whether it's an isolated leak first before calling. If you have a true emergency, please provide your concern (no water, etc), include the subdivision, callback number, and email address. This will help expedite your call. We do not turn on the water after hours due to non-payment.
